By entering Newstead Brewing Co. (NBCo.) HOPTIONS Competition as a participant through your online entry submission you accept the following terms and conditions:
Competition Terms and Conditions
There will be a total of 3 prizing tiers.
Tier One has a total of two (2) prizes winners. The Prize is one (2) cartoon of any NBCo craft beer to a prize value of up to $100. Craft beer style is to be agreed between the individual winners and NBCo. NBCo will cover the cost for delivery of the selected cartoon to the winner’s designated address within Australia.
Tier Two has a total of four (4) prize winners. The Prize is a selection of NBCo merchandise and will consist of a selection of products up to a total value of $80. Winners could receive NBCo branded t-shirts, caps, glassware, print material and other items.
Tier Three has a total of eight (8) prize winners. The prize is a Newstead branded cap and a 4 pack of NBCo craft beer up to a total value of $50.
Total prize amount on offer is capped at $1,000.000 with a maximum of fourteen (14) potential recipients.
Winner must be 18+.
Prizes are not transferable but can be negotiated at NBCo discretion with the prize winners’ consent.
The winner must show a photo ID before distribution or collection of prizes from NBCo. Venues locations.
Prizes are not for resale or to be used for commercial or promotional purposes.
The Winners will be selected by 5:00 pm on Friday, February 5th, 2021.

How to Enter:
To participate in the Competition, the entrant is required to have purchased a beer from the Homulus Olfactory Project (HOPs) limited edition beer range.
Entrants must fully and correctly complete and submit the entry form on Newstead Brewing Co. website. If you do not supply the information, your entry will be deemed invalid. You may only enter this competition once additional entries will be deemed invalid and forfeit all entries.
Competition entry is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.
The Prize must be redeemed by the Prize Winner.
To be eligible to enter this Competition, a person must:
- be over 18 years of age.
- be permanent residents of the State of Queensland.
- fully and correctly complete and submit the entry form on NBCo website.
- not be employees of Newstead Brewing Co. and their immediate families, the staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family means parents, siblings, defacto, spouse, children, and grandparents.
Competition Dates: The Competition commences at 8:00 am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Monday, November 2nd, 2020 and closes at 11:59 pm on Sunday, January 31st, 2021.
All entries must be received by the NBCo by 11:59 pm on Sunday, January 31st, 2021.
Competition Draw: The Entries received will be reviewed by Friday, February 5th, 2021 by 5:00 pm. AEST at The NBCo. Office 67 Castlemaine Street, Milton, Queensland, Australia. The decision will be conclusive, and no correspondence will be entered.
Winner Notification: NBCo. will notify winners by email on Monday, February 8th, 2020 by 5:00 pm. NBCo reserves the right to use information regarding the Winners of the Competition for marketing purposes, including publication of their names on the websites maintained by the NBCo.
No liability of Promoter: NBCo accepts no responsibility whatsoever for late, misplaced, lost or ineligible entries. NBCo makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the Prizes to the extent permitted by law, NBCo is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury sustained in connection with the entry into the Competition or acceptance of the Prize. This paragraph is not intended to exclude any liability which cannot be excluded under Australian consumer protection laws. Any such liability is limited to the resupply of the Prize.
NBCo reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions and/or cancel the Competition at any time prior to the Competition opening without further recourse to the entrants.
Important – Privacy: The information that entrants provide will be used by NBCo for the purpose of conducting the Competition and of periodically providing entrants with marketing information about the NBCo products and venues. By entering this Competition entrants’ consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause.
Force Majeure: If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of NBCo), which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, NBCo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition. NBCo reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify all entries from any individual who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with the entry process which as a result corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition.
In the case of intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; NBCo may in its absolution discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start with the same conditions.
