We’re wishing you a very Hoppy Easter….. in other words, our Doggett Street brewpub will be open on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd of April and we’ll be flexing some serious hop driven treats for your Easter consumption.
From 10am Easter Saturday we’ll be pouring EIGHT seriously tasty IPAs. The taps will pour until the kegs run dry. Like any sensible, discerning hoppy beer lover, once your lupulin threshold has been maxed, you’ll be switching over to a delicious gin. As well as our EIGHT IPAs, we’ll also be showcasing EIGHT home-grown, Aussie gins across the two days with your choice of garnish and mixer. We’ve put together a list of interesting gins that you can enjoy on their own or in a gin tasting flight.
We figured the chefs would want in on the action too, so, look out for our ‘hop cross buns’ and beer-infused Easter eggs.
Second verse, just like the first – we’re doing it all again on Easter Sunday! Once the IPAs run dry, the taps will be handed over to a heap of sour beers.
Oh, did we mention the record player? We’ve gone and bought one. Bring your vinyl collection in for spin…just remember that your tunes need to be brewpub friendly.
