Following the success of our collaborative event in July, we’re again proud to have teamed up with the team at Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane to bring you the beer degustation of all beer degustations.
Kicking off at 6.30pm, enjoy an expertly paired menu from Four Points’ Executive Chef, Ambrose Andrews, and the Newstead Brewing Co team, which features an abundance of local produce and five (yep, five) Newstead brews:
Spiced pulled pork Nori with cucumber and coriander paired with The Ballymore Queensland Lager
Beef carpaccio with horseradish, baguette crisps and micro lettuce paired with Tinderbox Spring Lager
Chicken roulade filled with a pistachio and spinach farce with sage butter and herb salad paired with Nineteen 09 Coastal Ale
Slow cooked beef rib, grits, brussels and pickles; flavour hit with fried onion, dill and maple paired with 21 Feet 7 inches Porter
Dark chocolate mousse with chili and raspberry pearls paired with The Imperial Yirg Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
