Relax, have fun, give in to those desires but never question the system and don’t get whipped by those savages. Makes you upset, just have some more Soma. All better.

A refreshingly tropical (and very limited) 4.0% abv kettle sour. We took a pale malt base and soured it with lactobacillus from natural yoghurt. Fermented with neutral brewing yeast, we then added tropical fruits to harness a spritzy, tangy and revitalising summer smasher. Fresh hop flavours of stone fruit, pine and melon add to the fruit salad complexity and lemony twang of this session sour, perfect for a hot Brisbane summer.
