We’re all working for beer in our own way but why not do it for realsies? A couple of opportunities have arisen for two new staff members at our Doggett Street brewpub. Duty Manager – Full Time
- Stock Ordering
- Running the venue through busy service
- Assisting with bookings and functions
- Staff management
Beer knowledge is preferred or the interest to learn about craft beer and the brewing process. This is a multifaceted role requiring flexibility and the ability to fulfill a variety of tasks within a brewpub. These are, but not limited to; stock ordering, taking bookings, staff management, events and assisting the venue manager in daily operations. The successful applicant will be expected to know craft beer and the craft beer industry or have a genuine interest in learning. You will be overseeing a busy venue and managing a small team. You’ll be working with a high quality product and as such maintaining a high level of service is essential. This is a full time role (38 hours p.w.) offering a competitive salary.
Bar/Floor Staff – Casual
- Running food
- Delivering a high calibre of service
- Beer knowledge
- Cocktail and barista knowledge preferred, but not essential
You’ll be well presented and a keen team player in this role which is based around approx. 20 – 25 hours p.w. Good service, strong product knowledge and a strong work ethic is essential to the role. Beer knowledge is preferred or the interest to learn about craft beer and the brewing process.
