Join us for our winter seasonal beer dinner as we expertly pair four courses of delicious dark meats with the sheer depth of flavour of four dark beers. All of the meat served on the night will be sourced from the farm responsible for the recycling of our brewery’s spent grain. That’s right, Newstead grain-fed meat.
If that’s not enough to make you salivate, we’ll also be unveiling the latest in our series of seasonal ales designed to showcase the characters of yeast. Toowong is an 8.5% abv Belgian-style Dubbel which boasts banana and pear aromas. The ubiquitous Belgian candi sugar sweetness is carefully balanced by a gentle hop bitterness.
